We have launched our first “pledge” campaign in many years. This campaign is to raise the funding necessary to replace the roof across the entire complex. The estimated total cost will be in the range of $95,000. We call this campaign “Excellence Overhead” because it describes our goal to be excellent stewards of the blessings entrusted to us.

There is a difference between a “pledge” and an outright gift. A gift is typically seen to be a one-time action in response to a stated need or a desire to make a designated gift to a specific ministry. A pledge is a promise to be faithful in fulfilling a donation amount that may be beyond your current capability to meet, but which you are willing to commit to complete in full.
